At the Phoenix Pasta Company, our fresh pasta , and ravioli are made with USDA Certified Organic Durum Wheat Semolina.  Each bach of our fresh pasta is made Old School, by hand. We streach out the pasta until the desired texture is created, we than hand cut, and lovingly pack it for all your pasta desires.
