Spinach Bucatini

Spinach Bucatini

Hailing from Lazio, Italy.  Bucatini is a thick, long round pasta with a hole running through the center.  Our Bucatini is extruded through a water cooled bronze die, and slow dried for an average of 48 hours for optimal flavor, and texture. 

 

Try it with a traditional Amatriciana sauce, or sauce Cacio e Pepe to transport yourself right to Rome.
